  • The concept of developing a strategic plan once every few years is a non-sustainable paradigm for effective leaders. Disruption and the ability to pivot as opportunities and threats present themselves is a continual process that requires a strategic mindset. This process develops this strategic mindset and includes an individual assessment and text.

  • A VUCA world has highlighted the importance of the leader's ability to be genuine, vulnerable, transparent, and empathetic in an authentic leadership style. This seminar reviews the four scales of an authentic leader (Self-Awareness, Balanced Processing, Relational Transparency, and Internalized Moral Perspective) and includes a personal AL assessment tool.

  • The well-being of a leader is a major contributor to the effectiveness of the organization in growth and sustainability. This seminar examines the leader's Psycap - Self-awareness/Efficacy, Hope, Resilience, and Optimism (HERO) through an individual assessment and provides development opportunities to develop in these four areas.

  • In uncertain times, organizations need to be more agile in responding to external and internal forces of change. To lead agile organizations requires agile leaders. Agile leaders are Authentic, Guardians, Innovative, Learners, and Expedient in their leadership style and practice.
